Former RBS chief: "Distinct possibility" HSBC will move out of Britain blaming banking levy

The man who transformed Royal Bank of Scotland into a global player, it's former CEO Sir George Mathewson, tells John Stapleton on LBC that he thinks it's likely HSBC will pull out of Britain and says the banking levy is largely to blame. On the EU he is ambivalent to staying in or leaving. But concedes that business as a whole want to remain in the EU.
