Broomfield Hospital's Chaplaincy is "outstanding" says the CQC

A recent Care Quality Commission report on Chelmsford's Broomfield Hospital concluded that it needed improvement and its urgent and emergency services were found to be inadequate. But the hospital's multi faith chaplaincy was judged to be outstanding. Lead chaplain Reverend Julia Sheffield has been telling Andrew Merchant of BBC Essex Sunday Breakfast of her delight :
