Virgin Trains: "Not realistic" to consult public over Stockport barriers

Richard Stanton from Virgin Trains tells Stockport Reports' Simon Kelsey it's "not realistic" for the company to have consulted the public over proposals to put ticket barriers at each end of the underpass between Edgeley, Grand Central and the Town Centre.
