Burns Lake mill explosion highlights need for inclusive workplaces

That was the environment at the Babine forest products mill in Burns Lake before it exploded in 2012. And according to the coroner's inquest into that explosion, a more inclusive workplace might have helped prevent that explosion - and the loss of life that went with it. Among the recommendations to prevent future accidents: recruit more First Nations workers, particularly into management and union positions.For more on how this could be done - and why it's important in all work places - we're joined by Bob Joseph.
