RESOLVE CONFLICT THROUGH NEGOTIATION IN TRUST BANK LIMITED

Conflict management is one of the very critical parts of Organizational Behavior. Each and every organization must face the problem of conflict and need to resolve tactfully. There is no hard and fast rule to resolve conflict as there can be many types of conflicts. Organizations develop various policies and strategies and update time to time to minimize conflict situation and to resolve conflict efficiently and effectively. For getting practical information I have done my research on Trust Bank Limited to know how they handle the conflict situation. This journal explains about the various tools and techniques used by Trust Bank Limited practice to face conflict situation. In this journal I have provide various policy of the Bank to resolve conflict as well as I have described what steps they actually take to resolve conflict situation. Trust bank Limited is one of the leading private commercial banks in Bangladesh and they have very strict policy to resolve conflict. During the research work for my journal I have find out some lacking of the Bank for managing conflict.
