Resolve conflict through negotiation in organization

Conflict is one of the critical things in Banks. Presently Trust bank Limited has 99 branches and Head Office. Conflict arises among branch employees and Head office employees also conflict arise between branch employees and Head Office employees. Conflict leads to dissatisfaction and decrease productivity of employees. Some conflicts are very minor which does not have any immediate adverse effects and some conflicts are major and have immediate effects. Most of the time bank ignore any minor conflicts and take steps to resolve conflict when major conflicts arise. But this strategy is not good for bank because if any minor conflicts can be resolve at that time it is easier to resolve, but if that minor conflict turn into a major conflict then it become harder to resolve and it waste valuable time of concerned employees
