Is it ever ok to take your children out of school in order to go on holiday? A father on the Isle of Wight has won a court battle, overturning a £120 fine he was given for taking his six-year-old daughter out of school to go on holiday. Jon Platt argued the law only requires children to attend school regularly. Isle of Wight Council says it was following government guidance and it's now reviewing the outcome of the case. Stephen spoke to Jon on his Five Live show at the weekend and asked him what happened.
