African countries have been charged not to come to the climate change negotiations as victims but mutual partners in contributing solutions to the challenges of climate change by seeking partnership and technology.
The Head of the African Governors Forum on Climate Change and the Governor of Cross River state, Professor Ben Ayade stated this at the ongoing United Nations Climate Change Summit COP 21 in Paris France.
