“Self-esteem (noun): a confidence and satisfaction in oneself; self-respect.” That’s a pretty simple definition. Too bad self-esteem isn’t as easy to develop as it is to define. But anyone can develop it, including you. One way is by trying something new. If you succeed, great. If you don’t, you still had the courage to try. Either way, you build self-esteem.

Today I’ll build my self-esteem.
