Finish this sentence: “If only I hadn’t . . . .” Most of us have regrets. In fact, you can’t undo things already done. You can’t take back words already said. You can’t turn back the clock on your life. But you can decide that today will be different. Regret is a waste of time and energy. Leave it behind. As Herbert Prochnow once said, “Our eyes are placed in front because it is more important to look ahead than look back.”

Today I won’t look back.
