Bassist Matt Ridley talks 'Mettā' with Chris Philips

Matt Ridley is one of the UK's finest jazz minds. A bassist, band leader and composer he has put together a wonderful new album 'Mettā' for the prolific Whirlwind Recordings which features saxophonist Jason Yarde, pianist John Turville, and drummer George Hart. Matt joined Chris Philips on the late night Blueprint programme to discuss his ideas and play a few cuts.
