A lot of different people want you to try their product or their way of life, or go along with their beliefs. They may say that “everyone else” is using their product, or “smart people” are living their way, or “good people” are agreeing with their beliefs. How can you know what to do? First, get the facts. Second, take your time to decide. Third, ask people you trust for their opinions and advice. Finally, do what feels right for you.

Today I’ll trust my own ability to make good choices.
