The IOSH Midland Branch East District held its annual seminar to discuss whether emotional resilience is the antidote to stress. The event, held at Dunchurch Park Hotel in Warwickshire on 24 February 2016, featured experts in the areas of resilience, occupational safety and health, mental health and the law.
