Williams Lake proposal to inject GPS tracking into criminals prompts jokes and concern

A Williams Lake city councillour is promoting the idea of injecting prolific offenders with GPS tracking devices. Although it's not clear if the technology exists, GPS tracking is available, and being used on some people within the justice system. We speak to BC Civil Liberties about the technology's relationship with individual rights- and we also hear from a Williams Lake baker who's having some fun with the idea of "chip" injections.
