SPCA, RCMP say more evidence needed in dog-fighting ring rumours in the Peace

A petition signed by more than 1,400 people is demanding more of an investigation into rumours of a dog-napping and fighting ring in the Peace. However, RCMP and SPCA say what's really needed is more evidence.
