Jesse L. Matthew Jr. may soon accept pleas for killing of Virginia Tech student Morgan Harrington and University of Virginia student Hannah Graham. Hawes Spencer has this report.

A source says the former cab driver plans to plead guilty to both slayings on Wednesday. One victim's mother, Gil Harrington, expresses relief but not joy.

"Morgan's bedroom still is still as empty. Our girl is as dead as she was."

Matthew received life sentences in Fairfax last year after pleading guilty to rape and attempted murder. Having launched a non-profit called Help Save the Next Girl, Gil Harrington says the upcoming pleas will help.

"Charlottesville is a safer place because a violent sexual predator has been removed."
