Dreams can tell you about yourself. They can help you deal with problems and feelings. But you have to remember them first. Try these tips from author Jonni Kincher: 1. Start a Dream Journal. Keep it next to your bed. Write in it every morning, as soon as you wake up. 2. Keep a glass of water next to your bed. Every night, as soon as you start feeling sleepy, drink the water and tell yourself, “Tonight I will remember my dreams.”
