Southampton Student Forced to Crowdfund For Dad's Funeral

A student from Southampton's been exclusively telling Heart how she was forced to crowd fund online to pay for her father's funeral. Hanna Head says she didn't qualify for financial support and is calling for more government help. Heart's Bryony Waite reports:
