Winter Wren

I first heard this bird out our cottage window, but I heard it many places on the Island from woods to village. This recording was made with an iPhone (an experimental series). I've done no filtering as I was interested in knowing how much it would pick. it's pretty sensitive; you can hear, dogs barking, diesel engines of boats (and of course the boat horn!) to personal noise of myself and partner (who tried his best to be patient and still). And the focal species sounds terrific -- especially, again, for an iPhone.
