Coperforma: a driver's view

An ambulance driver working for one of Coperforma's subcontractors gives me his take on the state of non-emergency patient transport in Sussex - which is going through a rocky patch since Coperforma took it on in April.

The driver, whose words are voiced by an actor, says communication difficulties are hindering him on the job.
