Frozen Paddle is a craft ice creamery in Prince George, British Columbia. Wes Peterson is the founder and chief ice cream chef. He makes small batch, hand made ice cream in his basement kitchen. He took our Associate Producer Jordan Tucker on a tour of his home ice creamery.
