One step at a time. Small attempts, repeated. Keep these words in mind no matter what you attempt, and you’ll reach any goal you set for yourself. If a single step seems too big or daunting, you can always break it up into smaller steps. If a particular goal seems too hard to reach, you can always break it up into a series of smaller goals.

TODAY I’ll take one step toward a goal that’s important to me.
