It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a drone?

Some ag producers say they are one more way for 'Big Brother' to spy on their operations; others say they are fast becoming a valuable production and business tool in production agriculture. Either way, the Federal Aviation Administration is moving ahead with rules governing the commercial use of drones.
