Disturbing reports of racist incidents in the UK. But can it be connected to the Brexit vote?

Amnesty International have launched a new emergency campaign to "combat racism and xenophobia in the UK" in the wake of the EU referendum. They also revealed one of their members here was racially abused in Belfast. Their director here Patrick Corrigan joined Stephen, as does Luke Gittos, Legal Editor of Spiked online magazine. He has been writing that the "post-Brexit 'hate-crime spike' is not all that it seems".
