Glacier Bay

On our fifth day at sea, the ship sailed into Glacier Bay. Here we got up close and personal with the flows of frozen water as it ever so slowly cascades into the sea. The face of Margerie glacier, rises 250 feet. It's face is covered in fissures and has a dark blue color.
We also stopped beside another glacier called Lamplugh. It was the site of a recent massive landslide .
