Did Britain leave Helmand too soon?

A US government report says the Afghan Government has lost 5 percent of its territory to the Taliban over the past year - including advances in Helmand. It's almost 2 years since British forces pulled out of Helmand. But hundreds of American troops have been sent back into the troubled province to help the Afghan Army.
