"We need full access to people in need" - UN Humanitarean Chief tells South Sudan

The UN Humanitarian Coordinator, Stephen O’Brien has urged South Sudan local authorities to grant full and unlimited access to humanitarian and relief aid workers, in order to reach the most vulnerable citizens in Wau.
Stephen O’Brien made the call during a meeting with Andrea Mayar, the top authority in Wau.
The Humanitarian chief reminded the authorities of UN’s neutrality and advised them to respect the international humanitarian laws.
