UN humanitarian chief, Stephen O'Brien, has stressed the need for partnerships to pave way for peace and deliver life-saving humanitarian aid during South Sudan's on-going crisis.

Stephen O'Brien has been in South Sudan for a three day mission to assess the humanitarian situation in the country.
