UN Humanitarean Chief calls for increased partnerships to ease delivery of aid in South Sudan

UN humanitarian chief, Stephen O'Brien, has stressed the need for partnerships to pave way for peace and deliver life-saving humanitarian aid during South Sudan's on-going crisis.

Stephen O'Brien has been in South Sudan for a three day mission to assess the humanitarian situation in the country.
