Daylight fades; night falls. Then it’s morning, and the sun rises once again, bringing warmth and light. You know this will happen, just as you know the ocean tides will ebb and flow. It’s all part of the rhythm of life. When you’re sad, or when your days are dark, remember that morning will come. Darkness doesn’t last forever.

TODAY I’ll remember that sadness passes.
