Lagos communities, especially in Ikorodu and Lekki areas, have remained heavily flooded, a day after more than 24 hours of rainfall finally stopped.

Radio Nigeria visited some of the affected places and saw that while fishermen plied their trade in the communities now turned rivers, thousands of residents whose houses have been submerged by flood, were making frantic efforts to save their belongings.
