What does it mean to have high self-esteem? Does it mean you think you’re better than everyone else? Or that you’ve convinced yourself that you’re smarter, stronger, funnier, wiser, or whatever than you really are? That’s not it at all. Self-esteem isn’t about inflating your own self-image. It’s about respecting yourself and taking pride in who you are. How do you feel about yourself right now?
