When you disagree with someone, are you able to see both sides? This is a wonderful skill to have. Few things in life are all right or all wrong. When you can understand another person’s point of view, you are closer to reaching an agreement. You can compromise, maybe even work together. Maybe your sides aren’t so different after all.

TODAY I’ll try to see an issue or problem from both sides.
