Government Spokesperson has rubbished wild rumours that President #Salva_Kiir is dead Michael Makuei Lueth threatens to disconnect internet networks should people continue circulating dangerous rumours because it causes insecurity.

The spokesperson says President Kiir is alive and healthy.

The Spokesperson cautions the bereaved against taking law into their hands by plotting revenge as the government makes efforts to apprehend the assailants.

Makuei calls on the civil population to cooperate with the government by reporting insurgents to avoid house-to-house search.

Today, President Salva Kiir and other top government officials this afternoon seen at Gudele highway waving to the public in Juba confirming he is alive and healthy.
