Shelley - teenaged poet for peace

In November 2015, a long-lost essay by the great Percy Bysshe Shelley went on view at Oxford's Bodleian Library. It speaks with passion to us all - about war, love and peace.
The Existing State of Things startled scholars worldwide. Shelley was an 18 year old undergrad in 1811. In the era of George III, Napoleon and Waterloo he risked imprisonment for his views on war and belief. Scandalised tutors threw him out of the university. This is my tribute read to a young peacenik wide awake to his world and asking, as we are still... WHY WAR?
