Williams talks about Allen's future in the community.

Anthony Williams is in his fourth year of being principal at Allen Elementary school. Being part of the Marion Community Schools, he knows that he is in a county of some extreme poverty. He has been working to end the negative perception of Allen and wants to make sure it continues to be a great school.
