#Octaver 21 2016: one of the multitudinous songs that scared me when I was a child :-)

I had to join in on this prompt; it's my favourite one thus far. A lot of songs used to scare me when I was little, either because I found the tunes eerie or because I thought the words were upsetting. That plethora of teenaged death songs from the 60's, for example, was extremely upsetting to me when I was a child: especially Teen Angel. I was afraid somebody really might die in a train wreck. Anyhow, this particular ditty is by Canadian children's entertainer Raffi. I had two of his albums when I was a kid, and I got nostalgic for them again about a year ago, so I bought them. Yes, I know, I'm strange. :-) Another one of his songs scared me as wel, but I'm playing this one because it's quite appropriate to Hallowe'en, which is fast approaching. #music #Octaver #Raffi #scary
