Callers clash over proposals to deduct £25 a week from the benefits of lawbreakers on welfare.

People on benefits who break the law could have up to £25 a week deducted from their weekly income.
At the moment, welfare claimants who receive fines can have £5 a week deducted from their benefits- but from 2013 new government measures will increase it to 5 times that amount.
