A Stoke-on-Trent drugs charity has told the BBC that so-called legal highs are a "growing enemy" in the city.

In May a new law came into force to make it illegal to produce or supply new psychoactive substances -- which were linked to 100 deaths in the UK last year.

Staffordshire Police have told BBC Radio Stoke they've arrested 25 people since the legislation -- mostly men in their twenties.
