Jim Richardson and Martin Hummel talk about Chet Baker live in London in 1983

Bassist Jim Richardson was a member of The John Horler Trio when they backed the great Chet Baker in 1983 for a week of dates at The Canteen in London's Covent Garden. Jim's own personal cassette recordings of these sets have been beautifully remastered and released on CD by Ubuntu Music. Jim and Martin Hummel, Ubuntu Music chief, joined Chris Philips on The Blueprint to talk about how they brought these recordings to life for the new release.
