Erika Horner says Center for Success programs are 'thriving' post break-in

Last July, there were a series of break-ins at Center for Success, an after school program in Marion, Ind. Erika Horner, director of Center for Success, says while the team is still working on replacing all of the items stolen, the programs are still thriving.
