Nigeria unveils climate action policy at COP22, Marrakech

The Federal Government will mainstream all elements of the Paris Climate Agreement and National Determined Contributions, NDC, into the country’s sustainable development efforts for speedy execution.
The Minister of Environment, Amina Mohammed, who led the country’s delegation to the climate change conference in Morocco, also said policies to cut greenhouse emission and for adaptation, would be backed up with the necessary legislation.
