The Education Above All Foundation, a Doha based non-governmental organization is calling for the right to education to be respected for children caught up in conflict in South Sudan.

The organization recently signed a partnership with the UN General Assembly to advocate for the rights to education to every child in conflict setting. The foundation is focusing on South Sudan and Northern Uganda from where they took youth to participate in a workshop in Doha in October.

Maleiha Malik, the organisation’s Director of the Protect Education in Insecurity and Conflict programme says the youth from Torit in Eastern Equatoria are expected to advocate for the rights to education.
