Mr Palios was correct about the risks to the young in collective children's activities, that can come from adults who have an unhealthy interest in the young. Such settings are currently petri dishes for abuse.

Mandatory Reporting is a vital part of a functioning child protection system. It protects staff and children. We are out of step with the vast majority of countries on all four continents.
