BBC should consider a rep from each nation on BBC SPOTY panel - former Director of BBC Sport tells #BBCNolan

There has been a lot of controversy over the last couple of days on the nominations for BBC Sports Personality of the Year. Carl Frampton, despite becoming a two weight title winner didn't make the short list. He said on this show that he thought it was anti Northern Irish and anti boxing. Stephen has been speaking to former BBC Director of Sport Roger Mosey and asked him if he thought someone from each nation should be on the selection panel.
