Woman abandoned as child returns to Prince Rupert for town hall on being reunited with half-brother, sister and to make a new announcement

Janet Keall was abandoned as a baby in Prince Rupert in 1977. Last summer she went public with one last search to discover her biological family, and found two half-siblings. She has returned to Prince Rupert to host a town hall on the quest, and to make a new announcement.
