Festus Mogae delivers Impassioned Christmas Message to South Sudan

The chairperson of the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission - JMEC, Festus Mogae, has delivered his Christmas message stressing the need for South Sudanese to walk past the shadows that have darkened the paths this year and look forward to a life free of violence.

He paid special recognition to the hundreds of thousands of South Sudanese who are spending their Christmas in refugee and internally displaced people’s camps.
