Is your nose too big? Are your eyes too small? Would you like to be taller, shorter, richer, or smarter? It’s so easy to criticize ourselves. We can always find things we don’t like about our looks, talents, abilities, personality, family, friends—all the circumstances of our lives. If we could make ourselves over, we’d do a much better job. (Or would we?)

TODAY I’ll be happy with myself just the way I am, from head to toe, inside and out.
