Did you know that you can collect and store good feelings? Counselors Gershen Kaufman and Lev Raphael suggest this easy way: 1. Write down five things that happened today which you feel good about. 2. Do this every day―weekdays, weekends, school days, vacation days. 3. Keep your Happiness Lists in a special notebook or folder. 4. Whenever you need a boost, read through your Happiness Lists and enjoy your good feelings all over again.
