Sometimes lying seems easier than telling the truth. But when you tell one lie, you almost always have to make up two or three more. Then you have to remember all of them, in the right order, plus the people you told them to . . . and suddenly you’re trapped. Lies may be easy to tell, but they’re difficult to erase.

Today I’ll think first before telling a lie.
