This Suffolk business owner's annual bill is set to jump by almost £20,000 because of her new business rate

Rebecca Bishop, owner of the Two Magpies bakery in Southwold, Suffolk, is set to see her annual bill jump by almost £20,000- from £7,200 to £25,500.
